Our absolute priority is to ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers. We are all, as responsible businesses following advice from the Government and the UK’s health department in making sure we’re doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus and protect our employees.
In order to ensure some form of business continuity we have implemented our COVID-19 emergency plan, this isn’t something we have taken lightly and do hope we will all return to normality as swiftly and as safely as possible. We would ask for your support and understanding now and going forwards whilst we all get through this difficult period; in terms of this plan we have taken the following measures:
Production
We have taken the decision to immediately suspend production activities across the business until further notice. At this time, we do not know when production will re-commence, however, we will continue to update all of our customers across the coming weeks and we will be led by Government advice.
Customer Care
Until further notice Atlas engineers will not be attending any units and all warranty / aftersales should be emailed to warranty@atlaslh.co.uk . We will be reviewing these daily and will endeavour to discuss and resolve any critical issues immediately.
Sales Support
Please direct any sales requirement directly by phone or email to your Area Sales Manager or myself on phil.spark@atlaslh.co.uk.
Despatch
We will facilitate any request for despatches but will require a full 24 hr notice to ensure we have the model ready for collection, despatches will be facilitated from our storage facility with social distancing being enforced. Please call the usual number or email despatch@atlaslh.co.uk
Finance/Accounts
Please contact Atlas through your usual channels.
Our teams
We have many members of our teams working remotely so please feel free to call or email them to discuss any implications or opportunities at any time.
During these very challenging times we would ask that we all keep safe and we work together more closely than ever to ensure our industry is regarded in a very positive light and we all ultimately all stay safe and well. Please be patient with us, we will try to do our level best to support you at this time.
We will of course keep monitoring and reviewing the Government guidance and should anything change we will let you know our plans as a matter of priority.
Please above all stay safe.
