Next you place your order with your park or dealer, and they contact Atlas to begin manufacturing.

Our approved parks and dealers have a range of Atlas holiday homes available to view on their showgrounds. Please contact them directly to find out which ones they have.

New Atlas model ranges are launched every September.

We do not sell direct, to buy an Atlas holiday home or lodge you must purchase through a park or dealership.

Please speak to one of our approved parks or dealers and they will be able to provide these.

Most holiday homes are built to EN1647 which is the National Caravan Certification Scheme for homes manufactured for seasonal occupancy and these are not suitable for permanent residence. Holiday homes manufactured to BS3632 are suitable to be used as a permanent residence, but they must be located on a site with a residential licence.

You will need to speak to the park or distributor you are purchasing your home from to get an update on when it is expected to arrive. Unfortunately Atlas hold no personal details for consumer and therefore can provide an update on when your home will be available.

Our warranty will cover the first 12 calendar months from the handover date of your new holiday home on all items within your holiday home or lodge.

As soon as you take ownership, your park or distributor should register your new home to activate the warranty. We'd recommend you completing these details too.

The Atlas serial number always begins AT0 followed by a sequence of numbers and can be found on your boiler, and on the rear exterior panel of your holiday home. It should also be on any paperwork obtained from your dealer or park at the point of purchase.

You can order Atlas holiday home spare or replacement parts from your park or dealer. You will need to provide them with your holiday home details, including the serial number, to ensure a match is identified, and describe the part or item you are looking for. The park or dealer will check the availability of the part and obtain a quotation from the parts team at Atlas. The park or dealer will confirm with you that you are happy to proceed once they have the quote. Please note, in some cases we may not be able to supply certain spares/parts.

As we only operate with trade accounts and do not have retail facilities, we do not sell directly to the public.

A home built to EN 1647 is not suitable for living in. Homes built to this standard are only suitable for seasonal accommodation. A holiday home built to BS 3632 residential specification is suitable for year round living, but this is dependant on the licence of the park you site your home on. Please speak to your park to confirm if you can live year round on their site.

The serial number of your holiday home is like a car registration. It is unique to your holiday home and used to identify the model, contents of your home, and the supplier of the material used during manufacture.

The Atlas serial number always begins AT0 followed by a sequence of numbers and can be found on your boiler, and on the rear exterior panel of your holiday home. It should also be on any paperwork obtained from your dealer or park at the point of purchase.

It is worth noting the serial number somewhere it can easily be found. When your park or dealer contacts Atlas the serial number will be required. It will also be needed to purchase spares or additional product for your holiday home.

In the first instance, please report any issues to your park or dealer who will contact the Atlas warranty and aftersales team on your behalf.
