The Laburnum Lodge is the epitome of luxury. The light, airy and sophisticated living area is first class in design.

The Laburnum Lodge has a beautiful modern kitchen with marble effect worktops, and large island unit with matching bar stools.

The dining area features a large table with 6 upholstered dining chairs.

The Laburnum Lodge is currently only available as a 44ft x 22ft – 2 bedroom.

The master bedroom in the Laburnum Lodge is true luxury. French doors, feature fire wall, and plush armchair create a very romantic feel, with the added benefit of open-plan walk-in dressing area.

The second bedroom in the Laburnum Lodge is spacious and airy with king-size bed. Featuring wall panelled headboard, matching the master bedroom, there is plenty of storage space in the mirrored sliding wardrobe, with hidden entrance to main bathroom.

The main bathroom in the Laburnum Lodge contains a bath with shower, wash basin, WC and extractor fan.
