Staged as part of National Apprentice Week 2023, the evening recognises outstanding achievements of apprentices and employers within their organisation and wider community.
The Apprenticeship Awards were judged over eight different categories. These include; Apprenticeship Employer of the Year, Apprentice of the Year, Construction Apprentice of the Year, Engineering Apprentice of the Year, Digital and Creative Apprentice of the Year, Health Apprentice of the Year, Early Years and Teaching Apprentice of the Year, and Business and Professional Apprentice of the Year.
Atlas are proud to have been nominated for Employer of the Year 2023.
This nomination reflects Atlas’ commitment to providing opportunities to the young people of Hull and East Yorkshire, giving them a chance to develop core skills in Lean Manufacturing.

Special thanks to our Production Engineer, Pat Hellesoe, who mentors and supports Atlas’ eight apprentices through their Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship, his leadership has resulted in this nomination and some wonderful feedback from the apprentices.
